• Journal Prompt: Imagine that you were so small you could ride in a paper air plane. Describe what the world looks like while you ride!
• TOPIC: Mentor Sentences, Day #2 (Language Lesson)
• Review schedule & Plan for the day

10:00 – 10:55 – Eureka Math (Groups)

10-10:30: Pythons (5.2 Topic D & Quiz C review)

10:30 – 11:00: Ogopogos (6.2 Topic A Problem Set)

Other groups – Work independently on Math tasks

Morning Break (10:55 – 11:10)

11:10 – 12:10 – Language Arts

Target: Discuss a focus question and develop an answer with detail through rereading and discussion.

Task:

• Second Read: Focus Question Hub – We will start this together in our meeting, but you will need to complete this work independently.
• You can also work on the Expert (optional) hub if you have extra time and want to get creative.

Lunch (12:10 – 12:40)

12:40 – 2:00 Independent Work

Your Task: Work on tasks marked independent in on Today’s hub or any other task you’ve listed on your agenda. Good places to start are:

• Read, write or project for Book Wheel #2
• Complete and post your Mentor Sentence work for Day 2
• Complete tasks from Instructional Block 1 & 2
