9:25 – 9:55 Morning Meeting

• Wednesday Morning Check In (not cats, still working on the cat pictures you sent me!)
• TOPIC: Margit Teaches us Marvelous Things! (Also about Marie Curie)
• Review schedule & Plan our day

10:15 – 10:55 – Art (Kandinsky Group Creation)

We’re going to take a Math Quest break today to work on a collaborative art piece inspired by Kandinsky’s art.

In our meeting, you will need:

• scissors
• glue
• construction paper squares* (These will come to you in the folder inside your yellow supply bag.)

*If you didn’t get your yellow bag, you can either look for three (or more) different colors of paper in your house OR get white paper and use your colored pens or pencils.

Morning Break 10:55 – 11:10)

11:10 – 12:10 – Ms. Sampson

Lunch (12:10 – 12:40)

12:40 – 2:20 Independent Work

Your Task: Work on tasks marked independent in on Today’s hub or any other task you’ve listed on your agenda. Good places to start are:

• Revise, Complete, Extend Node (use the list inside this node to decide what you’ve completed and what still needs to get done).
• Ben, this is a good time to make progress on your math project!
• Work on our Science Loop! You have tasks due on Thursday.
• FYI – Your Informational Writing is now officially due next Thursday (Feb 11). If you haven’t finished your first draft, then you may want to write MORE than 30 minutes today.

2:10 – 2:20 pm – Wrap up your day

• Did you complete all the work you were expected to? If yes, then celebrate! If no, do you need to keep working? Or will you add your tasks to tomorrow’s list in your agenda?
• THINK or WRITE – What is one thing to celebrate about your day today?
